Song 199: That's All Right by Elvis Presley

I saw in the news today that it's been 60 years to the day that Elvis released his first single, recorded in the studio between ballads, as he began playing around with a up-beat arrangement of Arthur Crudup's decade-old blues tune, "That’s All Right." As a result, he attracted some regional success and began the process of re-nventing youth culture, shifting the lines of rock and roll.  I knew I wanted to do a nod to history today, so I recorded a version of "That's All Right" myself on the piano.  Enjoy!
