Today's song of the day was a collaborative effort that would not have been possible without the help of some really great friends and some creative thinking. In January of 1969, The Beatles performed live for the last time on the roof top of Abbey Road Studios. After writing to people on face book asking for song/video ideas, Randy Fitzpatrick, owner of Petit Bill's Bistro on Wellington proposed I shoot my song of the day as a re-creation of that famous roof top gig.
Randy was able to arrange a great location for us to do our thing which is all thanks to Don Monet, owner of The Cube Gallery on Wellington Street. It was a cold one but everybody braved the low temperature with the aid of some coffee with a kick of Baileys.
