"Spell" depicts the inner thoughts of an evil entity which lures its victims into a false sense of security in order to trap them over time. The mood shifts from a dark hypnotic verse, to an aggressive fiery chorus. Tyler brings a fierce quality to his voice that is reminiscent of Micheal Jackson. The twisted barking melodic hook created through synths and samplers is met with distorted guitars and heavy drums.
