Go If You Think You Can Make It
The story of a small town that inspired Tyler Kealey's song “Baseball Diamond”
Fundraising Goal - $5,000
Hey Tyler Kealey fans! Welcome to my crowdfunding page for a new documentary I am hoping to release in 2025. For years I have wanted to capture the display of love and support which exists throughout the community of Venosta, Quebec, a place I consider home away from home. The Venosta Ball tournament is the inspiration for my most popular song “Baseball Diamond.” Check out the trailer below!
“Go If You Think You Can Make It” is a documentary film that explores Singer/ Songwriter Tyler Kealey’s song “Baseball Diamond” and the annual baseball tournament in Venosta, Quebec that inspired it. The film includes a brief history of Venosta, the heritage of the families from that town, and the power of a tradition that brings a small community together for nearly 30 years. The documentary captures interviews with tournament participants, video footage and family photos.
Because this story means so much to me , I needed a professional that I could trust to produce this documentary. That's why I chose to work with my friend / music producer/ and film maker Eric Eggleston. To accomplish such an undertaking, it requires not only time and energy but also financial support. My goal is to raise $5000 to assist in the production costs of filming and editing.

Hey folks!
For those who missed the first screening of my documentary film last year in October, I am happy to announce that there will be a second screening taking place at Brennan’s Hill Hotel on Sunday May 17th in the afternoon from 2pm to 5 pm. The documentary will be playing at 2pm followed by a viewing of the bonus material that didn’t make it into the final cut of the film .
The bonus material will have an interactive element to it- I will be inviting a few special guests up for a fun Q&A about the documentary and of course, some live music starting around 4pm to cap it all off!
Tickets will be $15 at the door and seating is limited to 150.
Hope the to see you on May 17th!
